Please keep in mind that those measurements are aproximate as every plant is made by hand and tension change can afflict final size of product.

Costumer has the right to cancel and return a non-customized purchase within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Buyer is expected to pay the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or not as described. e

We cannot make refunds on sale items or gift cards.

If you made an order by accident and want to cancel it, please let us know ASAP, before we dispach it.

If you misspelled your address, we can't take any responsibility for lost item. If your item is sent back to us, we will contact you with possible options: refund (except for shipping costs) or reschedule delivery.

Shipping is UK only via Evri Standard and Evri Next day delivery services.

If your order is over 65 pounds, it qualifies for free delivery.

For a small fee your order can be delivered if you are located in Tewkesbury or Cheltenham town.

Orders usualy are dispached next working day after receiving payment. Personalised orders and make in demand orders are dispached after the time I needed to create the item (usually up to 2 weeks).
