Refund Policy - the basics
Dace Creates is a small business, which makes every purchase a small celebration. But things do happen and if you feel like you don't love your order and want to send it back, please make sure you read the return policy before ordering to avoid misunderstandings.
Costumer has the right to cancel and return a non-customized purchase within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Buyer is expected to pay the return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or not as described.
We cannot make refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Unfortunately we can't refund costumised or personalised order.
We understand that each case is different, so please contact us on info@dacecreates.com as soon as possible to discuss options.
If you made an order by accident and want to cancel it, please let us know ASAP, before we dispach it.
If you misspelled your address, we can't take any responsibility for lost item.
If your item is sent back to us, we will contact you with possible options: refund (except for shipping costs) or reschedule delivery.
